2. Accounts
To use our continuous analytics interfaces, you must establish a valid platform account. You are solely responsible for maintaining security protocols around your credentials. Wissely cannot and will not be liable for losses stemming from unauthorized dashboard entry or local access misplacement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to process items that violate third-party intellectual properties, cross illegal thresholds, or contain explicit malware. You may not attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary translation layer, perform brute-force scraping requests, or systematically degrade system responsiveness.
4. Billing, Subscriptions and Trial Period
Our payment infrastructure is operated using Paddle as our official Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your designated payment mechanism for the recurrent cycle totals.
- Trial Period: New accounts qualify for a single 14-day free evaluation period containing 20 standard analysis runs. No payment verification asset is required during activation.
- Subscription Tiers: If you choose a plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Pro) after your trial ends, you will be billed periodically on an automated recurring schedule. You can modify or end this arrangement at any time via your user billing settings.
5. Refund Policy
Because we offer a free trial period with full features, paid renewals are non-refundable by default. However, if technical billing errors occur or if you experience explicit server delivery failures, reach out to our team within 14 days of the charge to request an exception review.
6. Intellectual Property
Wissely preserves full ownership over its internal application designs, design aesthetics, operational code codebases, branding elements, logo assets, and custom analytics workflows. Your operational data submissions remain your exclusive asset.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wissely and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, regulatory tax penalties, or input calculation errors—resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice if we detect explicit breach patterns of these Terms, automated script flooding, or persistent payment collection failures.
