Our platform services and operational databases are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. This hosting environment employs logical isolation protocols, automated network firewall monitoring, and regular vulnerability scanning to minimize unauthorized perimeter access points.
All database configurations utilize standard industry encryption mechanisms for data at rest and data in transit to provide baseline protection for stored parameters and account structures.
2. AI API Processing & Training Policies
To deliver financial summarization tools, text submissions are programmatically processed through designated application programming interfaces (APIs). Wissely uses commercial AI providers that do not use customer data for model training where such protections are provided by the service provider.
Third-Party Model Isolation: Wissely selects AI providers that offer commercial privacy protections designed to limit the use of customer data for model training.
3. Retention and Deletion
We believe in managing data responsibly to prevent unnecessary storage exposure risks. Wissely follows a deliberate Data Minimization Protocol across our text translation nodes.
- Temporary Extraction Cache: Uploaded texts processed during live analysis sequences are cleared from transient application memories after successful generation or standard request expiration windows.
- Account Invalidation: Should you choose to remove your platform profile via the user dashboard settings, your associated administrative logs, billing records, and configuration metadata are marked for routine database purge sequences within standard operational timeframes.
4. Secure Payment Processing
Wissely does not directly handle, collect, or store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment token variables. Our payment infrastructure is operated using Paddle as our official Merchant of Record. All transaction inputs, subscription processing, and billing compliance measures are handled externally by Paddle in accordance with their respective industry security protocols.
5. Security Vulnerabilities
We continuously review our processing logic to protect user accounts. If you detect an apparent security vulnerability or unexpected performance behavior affecting data isolation layers, please contact our administrative team directly to ensure a prompt and responsible review.
